Hygiene inspections of rooms

Dear residents,

we would like to inform you that from 2 March 2026 hygiene inspections of rooms as well as inspections of electrical appliances will be resumed. These inspections are carried out randomly across all units and rooms. We would like to remind you that as part of regular room/unit maintenance, you are required to:

 

• Daily: take out the trash; maintain cleanliness in your room, unit areas, balcony, and shared spaces; and clean sanitary facilities (sinks, showers, toilets) and the stove.
• Weekly: thoroughly clean your room, sweep, dust, and mop the floors.
• Monthly: clean the refrigerator, including the area underneath it.
