The block number, room number and a short description of the failure or damage should be provided. The maintenance staff will attend to the problem within 24 hours on weekdays during office hours at the latest:
Mon - Thurs 7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.
Fri 7:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.

If the property of DHR CU is damaged by the accommodated student (e.g. due to negligence), the accommodated student is obliged to pay for this damage in the amount according to the current price list
