REPORTING DAMAGES

You can report common technical faults to the e-mail address udrzbadruzba.uniba.sk. 

Please include the following information in your email: 

• name and surname
• object
• block
• room number
• briefly and clearly specified technical fault.

The maintenance staff will attend to the problem within 24 hours on weekdays during office hours at the latest:

Mon - Fri            7:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.

In the event of an internet outage, please report the problem to the HOTLINE

If the property of DHR CU is damaged by the accommodated student (e.g. due to negligence), the accommodated student is obliged to pay for this damage in the amount according to the current price list
