CHANGES REGARDING GUEST VISITS

We would like to inform you about the updates regarding guest visits.

Payments for Guests

Starting from July 1, 2024, guest visit fees must be paid via bank transfer to the Družba UK account, the same account where you send your accommodation fee (IBAN: SK70 8180 0000 0070 0067 1666). Please remember to use your UOČ (university personal number) as the variable symbol. We are preparing the possibility to pay for guest visits also in cash at the accommodation office during office hours.

Guest Registration System

The reception will register guests through the system. If you do not check out your guest by 11:59 PM, you will automatically be charged the accommodation fee for the guest. During the summer months of July and August, the guest accommodation fee is €11.50 per night, and during the other months, it is €6 per night. You are required to pay the fee within 48 hours after checking out the guest.

Non-students Visiting

From July 1, 2024, it will be possible to have a non-student guest in your room. The guest must present an ID card or passport at the reception. All other conditions for guest visits apply as they do for student guests.
