EMERGENCY DOOR OPENING

Pursuant to Article 8 (5) of the Dormitory Regulations of Druzba Halls of Residence CU, the accommodation provider shall provide, at the request of the accommodated person, according to its operational possibilities and for a fee, an emergency opening of the door to the accommodated person to the premises reserved for accommodation.

The accommodation provider shall provide emergency opening of the door to the tenant during the CU Družba Dormitories working hours free of charge within the operational possibilities, outside the working hours for a fee of 12,00 €.

 

WORKING HOURS OF CU DRUŽBA DORMITORIES:

Monday - Friday 07:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.

Lunch break 11:30 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.

 

PROCEDURE DURING THE WORKING HOURS OF CU DRUŽBA DORMITORIES:

  • the tenant requests an emergency room opening at the appropriate reception desk
  • the tenant presents his/her entry card (+ ID / passport for identity verification) to the reception worker
  • the reception worker enters in the electronic service records: 'emergency door opening', room number, name and surname of the tenant
  • the reception worker arranges for the emergency opening of the door to the tenant by an authorised person*
  • the authorised person verifies that the tenant has registered his/her request with the reception worker
  • the authorised person shall open the door free of charge

 

PROCEDURE OUTSIDE THE WORKING HOURS OF CU DRUŽBA DORMITORIES: 

  • the tenant requests an emergency room opening at the appropriate reception desk
  • the tenant presents his/her entry card (+ ID / passport for identity verification) to the reception worker
  • the reception worker enters in the electronic service records: 'emergency door opening', room number, name and surname of the tenant
  • the reception worker shall arrange for the emergency opening of the door for the tenant within the operational possibilities*
  • the tenant pays a fee of 12,00 € by bank transfer to the same bank account, where they send payments for accommodation

 

 *The accommodation provider does not guarantee immediate opening of the tenant's room. Depending on operational possibilities, The accommodation provider will perform this service within a maximum of 2 hours.
