Where can I pick up my letter? 

All postal deliveries from the Slovak Post will be stored in the Postal Office.

If you have not yet received an e-mail from the Postal Office with information, please be patient, it means that the shipment is not actually here yet.

After the shipment arrives at Družba, you will be sent an informative e-mail. You can pick up the parcel at the Postal Office in Block D1 upon presentation of your accommodation card or university student card.

Your roommate can also pick up your parcel for you. In such a case, it is necessary to inform the Postal Office by e-mail about the collection of your mail by another person. The e-mail will serve as a mutually verifiable document.

Registered mail/Recommended shipments

The CU Družba Dormitories does not accept registered mail/recommended shipments. You will find out if it have been deposited at the post office in Karlova Ves after receiving a Deposit Notice (yellow slip) to your mailbox. The parcel will be issued to you at the post office even without the „yellow slip“, you just need to present the parcel number and the ID card/passport. The post office in Karlova Ves is located near Kaktus Bike shop and Health center (public transport stop „Segnerova“).

Complaints

The CU Družba is not responsible for damaged or lost parcels. Claims should be submitted to the post office Karlova Ves IV.

In your own interest, please send valuable items by registered mail.
